I live in Scott City and on Tuesday evening (12/7), we had a black and white border collie show up at our home. There are no tags on this male dog, but he has a very nice leather stamped collar and seems like another type of lead collar that has been broken around his neck as well. He is kennel trained, good mannered and well behaved. It seems to me that someone has spent alot of time working with him and I am sure that someone is missing their pet! He is small to medium framed and so friendly!
