The Pet Expo held in GC today appeared to be a success.  Lotsa folks there, although I'm sure the organizers wished the turnout would have been even better.  Things ran smoothly and the volunteers did an outstanding job.  The vendors were friendly and had a lot of merchandize.  Local merchants and generous individuals donated a fine variety of items for the silent auction.  Thanks to all who donated to the cause and to those who volunteered their time and talents.  With luck, we'll have more funds available for the care of animals in need.
